"As a vendor, when we sign up for these types of events, there generally is low interaction and generally a bunch of folks looking for swag. The event put on by IDL in Buffalo was the complete opposite. It was centered around the vendors and everyone got a chance to present on their product and how I can solve unique business problems that we know most if not all customers are dealing with.
